30-Day Returns

We accept returns and exchanges of both defective and non-defective items. You can return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery. Email info@junescopper.com with your order number, or use our contact form at https://junescopper.com/pages/contact, and we'll send you our return instructions. Items returned without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

Return Costs

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in that case we cover the cost and send a replacement or a full refund. There are no restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 14 days if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and a photo if possible.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or style, you can exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us (or use our contact form) with your order number and the item you'd like instead, and we'll send you the return instructions. Return shipping for exchanges is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and refund your original payment method within 5 days.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase, return it unworn within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.
